Finding
a toy
There are two very easy ways to find toys on our site:
- Browse the category drop-down
list. On the top of every page, you will find a "drop-down"
list with the names of our toy categories. You can click on any of these
categories to go to that area of our site. Once there, you will find
a list of products in the category you selected. The links on this list
will take you to individual products. You can get to the Product Detail
pages by clicking on the item's picture, or by clicking on the "click
for more detail" link at the end of the description.
- Search for your toy using
Quick Search. From the Quick Search box at the top left of every page,
you can use a keyword search to quickly find your favorite toys. For
a more detailed search, each page contains a link to the Advanced Search
page, where items can be searched by category, item number, and more.
You have access to these searches from every page on our site, so you
are never too far from finding your next toy.
Putting
selections into your Shopping Cart
When you have found the toy you're looking for, click on the "Add to Cart"
icon found on every Item Detail page (just below the price). If you have
found your toy through a search or while browsing a category, you'll also
see the "Add to Cart" icon on the results page. See something that you like?
Go ahead and put it in your cart. You can always remove it later.
Checking
Out
When you are ready to buy your selections, just click on the "Process
Order " button on the shopping cart page (you can always get there by
clicking the "view cart" tab at the top right of every page).
You will be asked for your billing and shipping information, so be sure
to have these handy.
Speeding
up the Check Out process with Your Account
If you are in a hurry, you can speed up the check out process for this
and future visits by setting up your personal account. An account is automatically
setup when you make your first order with us. When you come back to order
again, we'll remember your shipping information so you can fly through
ordering in no time at all.

Things that Help
If you want to fax (or mail) your order to us, click on the "Fax
Ordering" tab at the top of every page. From there you can choose
the Printable Order Form. Print this form, then fill in the items you
want while browsing the site (including item number, name, quantity, and
price). Add shipping charges (if they apply) and fill out the shipping
and payment information. Fax this to us using the fax number at the top
of the order form. You can also call your order in using our toll free
number found at the bottom of every page (1-800-423-5198). Feel free to
call this number if you have any problems at all.
Terms and Conditions:
First time orders require pre-payment by check or credit card. We will bill Schools if the order is shipped to the School and a purchase order number is provided, first time order must be less than $250. All residential deliveries require pre-payment by check or credit card. To pay by credit card, simply call 1-800-873-1774 to place your order and set up an account. We have a $30 minimum order.
Shipping policy: regular shipping costs are for UPS ground shipping within the continental United States. If you need rush service, please call and place an order with a Customer Service Representative. For rush orders, actual freight will be charged. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada receive a 10% discount, then actual shipping charges are added. International orders pay actual freight as well as any customs or duty fees. All sales are in US dollars.
Personalized Pencil Policy: Our pencils are available in a wide range of colors, but not every shade. We guarantee that the pencil is the color you ordered; black, yellow, orange etc... We can not guarantee that the color will be the exact shade you are trying to match. Pencil stick, ferrule and eraser color combinations may vary from those pictured. Colors displayed on computer monitors can also vary greatly. The preview you see on your screen may vary from the actual color, or shade, of the pencil. Refunds are not available on personalized pencils for pencil color.
Returns: Returns are rare at Toy Depot, but if you aren't satisfied, contact us within 60 days and we will arrange a return for a refund. Simply call us, and we'll send you a return label. Returns of $200.00 or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight.
