Finding a toy
There are two very easy ways to find toys on our site:

Browse the category list. On the left side of every page, you will find a navigation menu with the names of our toy categories. You can click on any of these categories to go to that area of our site. Once there, you will find a list of products in the category you selected. The links on this list will take you to individual products. You can get to the Product Detail pages by clicking on the item's picture, or by clicking on the item's name.

Search for your toy using Search. From the Search box at the top left of every page, you can enter a keyword or product item number to quickly find your favorite toys. You have access to these searches from every page on our site, so you are never too far from finding your next toy.

Putting selections into your Shopping Basket:
When you have found the toy you're looking for, click on the "Add to Basket" button found on every Item Detail page. If you have found your toy through a search or while browsing a category, you'll also see the "Add One to Basket" button on the results page. See something that you like? Go ahead and put it in your basket. You can always remove it later.

Checking Out:
When you are ready to buy your selections, just click on the "Secure Checkout" button at the top right of any page. You will be asked for your billing and shipping information, so be sure to have these handy.

Speeding up the Check Out process with Your Account:
If you are in a hurry, you can speed up the check out process for this and future visits by setting up your personal account. When you come back to order again, we'll remember your shipping information so you can fly through ordering in no time at all.

Other Things that Help:
If you want to fax (or mail) your order to us, click on the "Fax Ordering" link in the "Categories" list of every page. From there you can choose the Printable Order Form. Print this form, then fill in the items you want while browsing the site (including item number, name, quantity, and price). Add shipping charges (if they apply) and fill out the shipping and payment information. Fax this to us using the fax number at the top of the order form. You can also call your order in using our toll free number found at the bottom of every page (1-800-873-1774). Feel free to call this number if you have any problems at all.

Terms and Conditions:
We will bill Schools if the order is shipped to the School and a purchase order number is provided, first time order must be less than $250. All others must pre-pay by check or credit card. Simply call 1-800-873-1774 to place your order and set up an account. First time orders require pre-payment by check or credit card. We have a $35 minimum order.

Purchase Orders:
The purchase order must be received before the order will be shipped. If using a purchase order for an order placed on the website, please be sure and reference the order number to avoid duplication. Shipping address must be a School or Commercial. Terms are Net 30 Days.

Bill Me:
Established Customers Only. First time orders must be pre-paid. Shipping address must be for a School or Commercial. Terms are Net 30 Days.

*International Orders:
Credit card payments are accepted for international orders under $300 (Excluding orders shipping to Africa). Orders must be prepaid via wire transfer if totaling over $300. A wire transfer fee of $20 will be applied. You will be contacted by a customer service representative regarding the wire transfer via email.

Shipping Policy:
Due to different processing times, custom imprinted products will be shipped separately from non imprinted items. Shipping charges will be applied separately to each shipment.

Shipping Charges:			No P.O. Boxes, must be Physical Address. Available to Continental U.S. Only. Does not include AK or HI. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands may enter Promo Code TDFREIGHT during checkout to receive a 10% discount from the order subtotal, then shipping charges will be applied. International orders pay freight as well as any customs and/or duty fees. All sales are in US dollars.

*Expedited Shipping:
Orders with UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air chosen as the shipping method must be received by 1:30 PM Pacific Time to be shipped the same day. Shipping charges are only estimates by weight and may vary due to package dimensions or shipping method.

*USPS Shipping:
Shipping charges are only estimates by weight and may vary due to package dimensions or shipping method.

Personalized Pencil Policy:
Our pencils are available in a wide range of colors, but not every shade. We guarantee that the pencil is the color you ordered; black, yellow, orange etc... We can not guarantee that the color will be the exact shade you are trying to match. Pencil stick, ferrule and eraser color combinations may vary from those pictured. Colors displayed on computer monitors can also vary greatly. The preview you see on your screen may vary from the actual color, or shade, of the pencil. Refunds are not available on personalized pencils for pencil color.

Returns:
Returns are rare at Toy Depot, but if you are not satisfied, contact us within 60 days and we will arrange a return for a refund. Simply call us, and we'll send you a return label. Returns of $200.00 or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return freight.
